Frequently Asked Questions

Is it acceptable if I order online?

Yes. You can ask for a quote online, manage the delivery process and submit your payments online.We accept Bank Transfers as well.

How does your company relate to the quality and control of the state?

Quality is our sole priority in the manufacturing industry. We value quality control from our very beginning of manufacturing to printing of our pouches. Our company has as well gained ISO, SGS, and ROHS authentication. Make sure all products are BPA free and FDA approval.

What information must I keep in mind before placing an order or requesting for a quote?

It is crucial that you have some basic information about our pouches. Such information includes facts about pouch dimensions, artwork, add-on features, and quality to mention but a few. If you have limited knowledge or the information you have is not clear, contact us, we will guide you through the entire process.

Which payment options do you have?

Our company accepts normally Paypal, T/T an L/C payments, also if you are clients from the USA we also accept credit cards payment, we also accept Visa and MasterCard. To be able to protect our clients from online fraud, the billing address must match the billing address on which the monthly credit card statement is mailed. Call us if you need to use any payment procedures.

Do you have any sales agreement?

Yes. We have a sales agreement that has all the terms and conditions. By signing the contract, our client agrees to be bound by that agreement. You must go through the agreement well before making any payment.

Can I make subsequent sales once I buy from you?

The buyer can resell the pouches had purchased from us. However, in no event will the buyer be liable to us for any anticipated profits, consequential damages or other resells components.

What is the minimum number of pouches I can order?

For certain unprinted pouches, 5000 pcs is the minimum quantity you can order. Normally we need 10000-20000pcs for printed pouch, very small bags will need 50000pcs for a start.

How do you conduct proofing of your process?

Before we print your film or pouches, we will send you a marked and color separate artwork proof with our signature and chops for your approval. After that, you will have to send a PO before the printing starts. You can request printing proof or finished products samples before mass production start.

How do you pack the printed bags and pouches?

All the printed bags are packed 50pcs or 100pcs one bundle in corrugated carton with wrapping film inside the cartons, with a label marked with bags general information outside the carton. Unless you have specifies otherwise, we reserve the rights to make changes on the carton packs to best accommodate any design, size, and pouch gauge. Please notice us if you can accept our company logos print outside the cartons.If need packed with pallets and stretch film we will notice you ahead, special pack requirements like pack 100pcs with individual bags please notice us ahead.

Does your have custom labels services?

Yes, custom labels available. Call or email us to get more information about this.

Can I get some sample for the size and testing purposes?

Yes, we recommend that you try our pouches before you purchase them. This ensures that you get the right color, size and the design you desire. You can request both our exist samples or custom samples, custom samples may need charges.

Is there a minimum requirement for the labeling services?

We highly appreciate a minimum of 5000 pieces to maximize the efficiency of our systems and cutting cost.

What are the lead times normally?

Our lead times will highly depend on the printing design and style required by our clients. But in most cases, our lead times lead timeline is between 2-4 weeks depends on quantity and payment. We make our shipment through air, express, and sea. We save between 15 to 30 days to deliver at your doorstep or nearby address. Enquire with us on the actual days of delivery to your premises, and we will give you the best quote possible.

Do you have any retort pouches?

Yes, we are a versatile pouch and bags company.Retort pouch for Pasteurization purpose or 95℃,105℃,121℃, and 135℃ all available, call or email us to know more; we can customize them for you. You will also get our quote for free.

What is the best packaging material which can keep my products from direct sunlight or moisture?

We highly recommend that you use aluminum foil materials for such purposes. However, we also give metalized films which work well with extreme sunlight. To protect your product from moisture, you can also use other materials such as polypropylene, nylon. Some coatings on our pouches come with the best moisture barrier.

Does your company abide by the Image copyright?

All the images are flexible unless credited otherwise. All the printing rights are reserved.

 

How long does an invoice last when an order is placed?

All orders must abide by the Mylarbagspackaging terms and conditions. All the payment terms are within our sole discretion. All invoices must be paid within the stated time on the invoice. We may sometimes invoice parts of an order separately.

 

Can I cancel my order?

A client has the right to cancel all or part of their order without any liability. However, that is if the seller does not deliver the goods specified if the seller breaches the terms stated, or the seller becomes insolvent.

 

What are your inspection terms?

All our goods will be received subject to inspection or rejection by the client. All non-conforming or defective goods will be held by Mylarbagspackaging expense, and you can bring or send them back to us. We accept 3rd party inspection as well.

 

Can I make changes to my artwork at any time?

Our clients reserve the rights to make any changes regarding specifications, drawings, packaging, quantitative, specifications, methods of shipment or even the delivery schedule as to the goods ordered. The price difference or time difference in performance resulting from the changes will be equitably adjusted as well as confirmed in an agreement. However, we cannot make any changes in descriptions, specifications, drawings or even materials without the consent of our esteemed clients.

 

What are the material specifications I can get from you?

Our company provides a wide range of custom laminating materials which can meet our clients’ diverse needs. Some of them are Matt-BOPP, BOPP, AL, PA, VMPTE(PETAL), Matt-PET, PET, PP, PE, LLPDE, Milk White PE, CPP, VMCPP(PETAL) and many others.

 

Do you fill or do form packaging?

No. we primarily supply printed and un-printed packages which are also custom-engineered. However, we work with multiple networks of packaging companies and can refer you to many of them which will provide the filling, sealing or forming services. Contact us for more information.

 

How do I know the difference between co-extrusion and mono-extrusion?

The difference between mono-extrusion is that mono-extrusion has single resin, but the co-extrusion is a simultaneous extrusion comprising of two or more resins in a sandwiched film along with some distinctly different individual layers.

 

How do you define adhesive lamination?

Adhesive lamination is the lamination of multiple material webs together by the use of adhesive. The various kinds of lamination systems include the solvent-less, water-based and solvent-based.

 

What is extrusion lamination?

Extrusion lamination is similar to extrusion coating. However, in extrusion lamination, the hot molten resin is used as the bonding medium on the second web material.

 

What is extrusion coating?

Extrusion coating is the coating of the molten web if the synthetic resin on the substrate material. This process involves the extruding resin from the slot die and has 320 degrees and placed directly on the moving web. The latter is allowed to cool the molten film making it solid giving it the desired finish.

 

What is converting?

Converting is the changing of something from a given form to another. The conversion is the process of using foils, films, and resins through lamination and formation of the multilayer structure used in pouches and bags manufacturing.

 

How do you explain flexible packaging?

This is a non-rigid Packaging structure that is used to package as well as protect consumable and non-consumable products. By the Flexible Packaging Association, flexible packaging can be defined as a package whose shape can be changed at any time. The pouches and bags we print are a great example.

 

What artwork files do you accept?

We accept Adobe Illustrator, PSD or PDF. You can save the PDF from your set up and send us the artwork in PDF format. Make sure they are outlined, or you will need send all fonts use in design.

 

Can I get materials which allow for easy open packages?

Yes, you can. We make easy to open pouches and bags with add-on features such as the laser scoring or the tear tapes, tear notches, slide zippers and many others. If for one time use an easy peeling inner coffee pack, we also have that material for easy peeling purpose.
